Shelly Kibler has been involved in the Architecture field in the Redding area for 20 years. In 2000, she joined Robert Kibler to form the multi-disciplined firm of Kibler and Kibler Architecture and Engineering (K2 A&E). During her career, Shelly has been the project Architect for office, medical, school, church, hotel, restaurant, commercial, and multi-family housing projects.

 

During Shelly’s experience as Project Architect, she has consistently proven her ability to efficiently manage the entire design process. This includes working closely with the client in the initial design stages, coordinating and managing the design team members during design, and working with the contractor during the construction phase to ensure a successful project to the client. The two City of Redding Urban Design Awards that Shelly received for the Holiday Inn Reconstruction and the Mid Valley Bank Remodel are testament to her ability to cooperate with all parties to provide a successful project.

 

Shelly Kibler also has extensive experience in providing innovative solutions to difficult ADA and accessibility issues. This experience has come from serving as the Project Architect on new and remodel projects, in addition to providing ADA compliance analysis for existing buildings.
