One of three case-study homes designed for the Shasta Builder’s Exchange. Each home was to be publically displayed for one year to feature -
Affordable, Green, Relocatable and Energy Efficient designs. This 1,058 sq. ft. single-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom home boasted an energy efficiency rating of 42% Above the Title 24 Energy Regulations. This very high rating was also achieved using conventional construction techniques and readily available energy efficient building elements.
